Anyone got a VCDS and a spare half hour?

Just wondering if anybody has a VCDS and a spare bit of time to do me a small favor. Just want a few comfort settings changing on a recently purchased GTI, specifically the US amber day time running light setting 'mod' that seems to make my car look like a Christmas tree at night. I just don't have a cable or the software, would only take a few minutes. I'm in West Yorkshire.
