991 C4S - some questions?

I found and agreed a price on a six month old C4S and have a couple questions?
1) is the third year warranty transferable to new owner?
2) Does the 991 have a service book or is the service history held online?
3) Do they have a running in service still?
4) Is there a site where I can get the full specification from the chassis number?

Based on my experience with my Boxster, rather than a C4S specfically:
1) Yes, I believe it is - it's the car that is under warranty, not the owner
2) There should be a service book, not heard of a service history being held online only to be honest
3) No there is no running in service - 2 years or 20,000 miles is the first "official" service
4) Don't know of one, but a call to the supplying dealer should give you the information I would have thought

It would be interesting to hear from any 2014 991 owners if the car is supplied with a service book, i know that BMW and Land Rover have stopped issuing them?
Porsches still have a Service Book, but they probably also have their own on-line service records, but they may quote the data protection act if you want details of a car you don't own.
Yes, remarkably, first service is 2 years/20k mls, and Porsche wouldn't do this unless it was appropriate.
