Formula One Car Driving Experience

Does anyone know any organisations who offer a 'Drive a Formula One Car' experience? ISTR there's a French outfit who offer it and I also vaguely recall someone in the UK too.

A 'good friend' of mine wants to organise it for their deserving hushand....
