Before anyone thinks Im being derogatory to the typical ph private house owner I was brought up in one.

Gravel Drive,preferably Georgian double fronted with double garage
Brogues with turn-ups
Sandals on holiday
Works 90 hours a week with 4 hours commute a day
Divorced but now met woman of their dreams who's their "best friend in the world"
