What's more impressive is Strongmen don't traditionally train bench as it's not much use for the sport!
It's started becoming popular, a lot want to go over to power lifting after or whilst doing strongman. Incline has a good carry over to OH press though which is why it's done by a lot.
I think eddie did 220 for a few reps incline recently.
He can also do a 206kg strict log press very easily!

Yes I've been watching his ongoing spat on social media with Robert Oberst, this was his latest Incline has a good carry over to OH press though which is why it's done by a lot.

I've just spotted the link on your profile and liked your Facebook page. Do you have a PH discount scheme running?
Very subtle in my profile

As I cannot currently do discounts on my website due to the program? that I did it on, the prices are post discount until I can afford to pay a person to design it all properly

How much cheaper do you want it?

Just watched PT Welsh do his grip test.
Holding onto a massive weight for time. Is that what you do for your grip?
Yes, either knurled axle/bar or smooth axle.Holding onto a massive weight for time. Is that what you do for your grip?
290kg for around 5+ secs is my best on a knurled axle.
farmers are also very handy for grip work. As are any assistance work such as rows where grip is being used

Let's see him do it without the raging hard on
And also do full reps, those were only have reps ... so only 26 really
One of my mates here at the office gym was doing some weights at lunch, joined him for a few sets. We got chatting and he mentioned about having met Eddie Hall a few times, and asked him advice. He's apparently a damn good, approachable, friendly fella.

I like to think this is the case, yet every time I watch him compete he comes across as a bit of a t
t ( In my opinion ). Saying that I've played sport with some great fellas over the years who are nutters as soon as the whistle blows. Who knows what liftings cars, throwing kegs and other feats of mong strength does to your personality!!!natcot said:
