Pie & Piston Is there a Saloon Bar and Public Bar?

I had an idea if there isn't.
Maybe we could designate one of each as say, The Salloon Bar' for Serious topic. Whereby the author doesn't want to read the witty asides and diversions, but would rather the thread be conducted in a sober manner. Threads seeking straightforward advice for example.
The other bar however could be designated as the 'Public Bar' where people are no bothered how their threads may spin out.
It's probably impractical and diversive to have seperate forums. But maybe we could have a different message Icon for each one.

The pie and piston has worked well, but i'm not sure about splitting it any more. We're going to end up with a forum for each member! I quite like the way the pie and piston has such a variety of topics.

OK, maybe just a 'Saloon Bar' icon for a topic that the author would rather not consist of 50% half-liners' is all i'm suggesting, it may avoid a sensible debate turning into a nonsense debate, which of course there would be room for sans icon... I'm not advocating it's mandatory.

I don't see how it would alter the variety of topics, just bring some rigour to some of the threads that are interesting and stimulating to begin, but can often reduce to an outake from a channel 5 pilotless crapcom script...
