I have secured an interview for an assistant site manager job for a large building firm.

I am unsure what to expect at the interview. I have never had a formal interview for a job so as you can understand I'm quite nervous.

What sort of questions am I likely to be asked. I've been doing my homework on the company and reading up general info regarding the job.

I come from 10years of bricklaying and managing large grand design type renovations and extensions for a company with very high standards.

Should be no bother in the slightest then. Building company interviews are in my (and others I know) not that formal.

Try to know your H&S requirements as much as you can because large companies ram responsibilities and 'procedures' down your throats.

Thanks!!

I think I'm thinking and worrying about it too much.

I've got some mock questions I've been going through. ISuppose it's just best to be myself and be confident.
