Corn or Flour Tortilla?
Discussion
To be honest Ive only ever tried flour ones. That's all supermarkets seem to stock. I know that Old El Paso brand sells the corn ones but are a little pricy. So whats your preference? Anyone been to Mexico and tried the real stuff?
Ive made an order for some ground corn flour (Masa) and should be here next week so cant wait to try my hand at making some corn tortilla's. May need some other recipe ideas for using the flour also.
This is the stuff I bought:

I always buy the corn ones, not because I don't like the flour ones, but because they are different and flour ones are too much like many other things. Also I imagine they are more Mexican and authentic even if they aren't. Don't remember them being much more expensive, they are a bit less bendy, but we have them as a side dish with chilli rather than using them as a wrap.
