...with someone (something) you shouldnt've?

(Excuse me, Buzzcocks!)

I was nonchalantly cruising past the periodical section in a local offshoot of the establishment owned by one Master Willian Herbacious Smith. My eye caught sight of, and my cheeks started salivating to the vision on the front of that rather average publication: "The Amateur Pornographer".

EPSON R-D1 RANGEFINDER - with M-mount!

GOD - that's the most gorgeous looking piece of kit I've seen in a long while.

Now to sit down and read the article, followed by a ring round of any mates I can think of who might have some spare banknotes issued by the Northern Bank......

There's an interesting review of it here

I bought a 1950s Kodak Retina III rangefinder last year, and love the size and handling. A good digital rangefinder would be very tempting.

Its just an absolute dream machine, a definate purchase at some point... sell everything to do it.

I love the fact you can still wind on.... just like the old days!!

some of the best photographs in the world were taken on cameras that this is based on.. Bresson's fav tool was a rangefinder.

got to have one..... got to... if only...
