So having a browse through the classifieds and currently have a hankering for a v10 barge. Decide that for my requirements and budget that and S8 is probably the best fit; off i go.

I see this advert:

http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/a...

First picture is emblazoned with rubbish price reduction notification, send and third are about the company and the remaining pics do nothing to show the car off. Description is the usual fare.

Would this advert entice you to lift the phone and organise a viewing? For a car like this i'd be more interested in seeing some better ones.

Anyone else come across similar?

The big price reductions do nothing but make me think why??
1.Is there a probem with vehicle
2.Is it missing history
3.Is it something that will take ages to sell thus do i want that problem.

I've seen worse. Blurry tall mobile photo. Inability to grasp what an adverb is. Ultra brief description. Poor spelling to make a chav look educated.

I was in the market for an S8 before I picked up an S6 avant. There's one for sale on Autotrader at £15450 in Daytona Grey. Around 87,000 miles I think. I went to bid on it at BCA Manchester before Xmas. Was a bit too rich for me. If you're interested in it, I had a look at it in the flesh and it seemed a clean example. It went for £12450 plus buyers fee. Not sure how much the buyers fee would be for a trader.

Even with longlife servicing which could stretch to a service every two years, it should have had one in July 2014.

I should clarify that this isn't a direct pop at this retailer. They've been in touch and i know there are much more pics on their site but as i explained the advert to me is a chance to get it right first time.

Guess i'm a stickler for the basics.
