As for the parts, do you specially need a local supplier? Most parts are readily and competitively sourced over the net, and many with next day delivery. If however you wanted a local independent who can supply parts and do work on the car, that is a different matter.
From memory, there is a place in Esher that is a LR parts supplier, think it was called ICS - maybe google it. There was also a specialist garage in Tongham (never used then, but have been past them a few times). Again, can't recall the name, but google should help.
