VXR8 Fog Light Covers

One of the fixings on mine has rusted & snapped & a few others are past their best. These appear to be the right thing:-

would you agree or what do you recommend. I'm rubbish at threads too so what thread do I need & where can I get the plastic washer/cap set up?
