Would you buy a crashed McClaren F1?

It appears Mr Bean is selling his F1. Been crashed twice but still up at a reported £8m plus. So if you had the money would you?

If it was repaired by Phil and Grant under the arches, maybe not. If, as in this case, it was subject of a £1m + rebuild probably at the hands of the guys who built it first time around, why not?

The only negative is its a bit 'Triggers broom'.

Having worked there way back in the day when the final 20 cars were being produced and knowing the incredible detail and engineering finesse required by McLaren acts along with BMW most certainly. The chaps in the carbon fibre shop are truly dedicated and I am sure that the F1 team was consulted on the repair. I would buy the car without any complaints.

The press never cease to make me laugh. I have read several write ups, quoting asking prices from £8m up to £12m.

I'd never pay anything more than £3m for an f1, £8m is insane imo
