Photoshop genius needed

Took cracking picture of lion staring at my wife at Busch Garden other week, but it is ruined by glass glare on the top corner.

Is it possible for it being removed?

Depending on the size it could be removed with some cloning around the surrounding area. Post up the picture and I'm sure some people will have a play.
