Hotel with secure parking in Munich

As per title, looking for a reasonable Hotel in Munich with private parking, the more secure the better.

Stayed at the Hotel Exquisit in June, at Sendlinger Tor. They have a large secure underground garage, had no issues in 4 days there with my 550. Good location, 5 mins walk to Marienplatz

King's Hotel First Class, great location close to the central station, secure underground parking, good helpful staff, although not the biggest of rooms.
