Porsche 996 tiptronic skips gears when cold

Hi guys, newbie here. My 996 4s skips gears between 2nd straight to 4th, but only when cold in the first 15 mins of driving. rest of the day all ok. Weird? any ideas whats causing this?

Low on fluid by the sound of it, needs fluid & filter change & a reset. Made a huge difference to my Boxster.

Depends if its the 5hp or the MB transmission. What year is it?
