What other 2+2 convertibles currently have folding metal roofs?

Budget no more than £40k

The EOS would probably be the closest competition. Maybe the Volvo C70 if that's still in production?

C70 went out of production in 2013, I think the EOS is gone now as well. The folding tin top on a 4 seater convertible appears to have been a fad that has largely passed. I own a C70 and I can confirm that the folding metal top is a big compromise, and it's the same with the 3/4 series.

Look for tasty BMW 640d leases?

ETA - EOS is still listed on the VW website.
