Need a little help.

I picked up a Ford Ranger yesterday, it's great but I've paired my (i)phone to the bluetooth and my contacts are coming up "last name:first name", it's driving me mad that I can't change it to display my contacts in first name order... any ideas?

I've called the dealership they didn't know how.
