Just over 2 years ago I bought a Chronographs G10 Trace with rose gold plating and just before Xmas on one side it was starting to discolour. I took it back to the jewellers not holding out much hope having been told it had probably been into contact with aftershave or other chemicals

Just picked it up today from Guildford and having been told on the phone that it had been re-plated I was informed that it has had the whole case replaced AND a new battery (away for 7 weeks last year for that) at no cost to me even though it is out of warranty, pretty darn good service I reckon!!
