Electrical gremlins

Hi,
Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction!!
My Mk1 Tuscan is being a bugger!
I drove it a few weeks ago and all was fine.
I put it in a garage and left it for 2 weeks.
On trying to start it, it appears to immobiliser is not working.
Key in ignition, push the fob button, green led doesn't stay on, and the doors lock with indicators flashing.
Tried several times using both keys, but no good.
Tried to override by using using immobiliser slot, but again nothing (the red led isn't lit).
I tried to override the immobiliser by diving in the passenger footwell and disconnecting the terminals under the carpet.
Nothing....
To make it worse, the passenger window has partly come down and stuck in position and the green led for the drivers window is permanently on which has now drained the battery.
Help??!!

Strange. I had a issue with the drivers window coming half way down and not closing, this was due to a dodge micro switch in the door mechanism. Thought the door was open so dropped the window. Didn't recognise it being close.

Wonder if this would contribute to what you are saying?

Might sound stupid but I have to ask - you have charged the battery back up before trying to fix it?

Thanks for the feedback.
Battery charge was fine before the issues at 12.5v.
It's now back on a charger.
I've got an alarm guy coming out this week to look at meta with a view replacing it.
Wondered if I should look at fuses etc.
The garage is dry and well secured.

I get similar problems when the battery is partially discharged. Never the same set of symptoms (I've seen all of yours plus others) but charging the battery has always fixed them.

If you haven't used it a for a few weeks I'd start there first.

Similar here when my battery is a little low.
It may be showing 12,5v but put an engine load and it will probably fail.
For me two weeks without being on trickle charge is about the limit and thats with a new battery.

+1 on the battery being a suspect. Mine wouldn't manage 2 weeks without being on a charger. Did you use it enough last time to top the battery back up or was it a quick run?

I'd agree with all the above.

Might be time for a new battery or a full charge from a standard charger.

The MBE ecu is a funny old thing and does like a healthy volts level on starter cranking to get everything into action!

I drove the car for an hour last time.
Would the failing battery account for the immobiliser not working properly?
I'm going to give it a full charge and see what happens.

UPDATE.....
Battery too far gone to recharge. Replaced with new battery which got the window back up again.
Recovery advised that when it falls below 12v, it messes up the immobiliser.
Car sent to Neil Garner for replacement immobiliser.
Can't wait to drive it again now its abit warmer and drier.
