At the 19/20 second mark, just what was this paragon of roadcraft doing in a turning lane for traffic coming from the opposite direction?

Here's a brand new concept, don't go up the inside of wagons, especially at roundabouts where they're going to be looking the other way.

It worries me that we let people who are clearly on another planet drive a bus

I know it's technically illegal but is anyone going to be prosecuted eating a sandwich or phoning ahead if they're caught up in a traffic jam?

Probably not for eating a sarnie, but I'm pretty sure people have been pulled for using a phone in stationary traffic.

Self righteous tt; and confirmation of why I bloody loathe the mentality that often seems to accompany ownership of daft little cameras.

Not too fussed on videoing people myself but it does highlight how many morons there are on the roads. Haven't listened with sound so I assume the way he goes about it is going to get him a black eye at some point but if people think only cyclists break the laws of the road on a regular basis they're fking deluded.

Was kinda wondering about this. Anything cyclist related, and there calls for taxation, training, etc. Anything showing cars in the wrong, and the chap is a self righteous tw@t?

I cycle, ride motorbikes, and drive cars. Everyone is crazy.

Remember when the black cabs did their video showing cyclists going through red lights, everyone was straight on it wishing death to all cyclists, this isn't much different and surprise surprise PH rallies to the defence of people texting at the wheel. Pathetic.

I dont know if it is
If a cyclist was stuck in a traffic jam and phoned ahead I'd side with Denman's ordinary man
If a cyclist or a van jumped through red lights or was texting while they were driving I'd use Denman again.

I made my judgment on this guy after I heard the ridiculous horn then I confirmed my thoughts when I saw his even more ridiculous jacket. He's a muppet.

Your asuming he was going up the inside, not the lorry overtaking him too late before the roundabout. Could be either.

I wouldn't put it passed either.

I'm glad someone bothered to look for the full story before whining about cyclists. The guy does seem a bit militant in his approach, but he doesn't seem to deliberately ride himself into trouble like most of the Youtube Warriors. In fact apart from the hi-vis and crazy horn he's pretty normal. In fact given some of then "sorry mate, didn't see you's" I get on a regular basis I'm thinking this guy has the right idea. He also didn't seem to tell anyone off either, he simply recorded them on film and then got on his way, no aggro and no fuss.
