Does anybody know this SL65 ?

There's a black SL65 for sale for £30k with Hillmoren in Leicestershire.

They are selling it for a customer who is local to the Loughborough area - apparently a very wealthy petrolhead who has owned it for 9 years.

They say it has had some recent cosmetic paintwork to a high finish and know of no accident repair. It has recently had a roof mechanism repair, new starter motor, one new coilpack and wheels refurbished.

It's got half history with MB and the most recent 4 yrs with a specialist in Leicester (somewhere along Melton road past Syston toward Melton).

Paul at Eurocharged is checking the car out for me but I wanted to know whether this car was known to anyone here and if so, what do you think of it?

Now that looks like a bloody nice car!

My budget can't stretch as high as that unfortunately though, otherwise I would certainly be giving them a call!
