Hi all I`m really sorry to bother any of you but I have just got a pug 206 1.4 auto on an 02 plate when driving it the EML light came on only happened once the car reached speeds of 50mph but now its coming on all the time and I loose my speedo also the indicators have starting playing up the clicking it makes gets faster now I checked all the bulbs but they all seem fine then it slowed down and now makes no noise at all this has all been happening from day one of buying the car......has anyone heard of this issue before I`m taking the car back to where I got it from but I noticed that in the top corner of the form my mum got when picking the car up it says sold as seen with faults if any.....?any help would be much obliged kind regards Chris

Did you buy it privately? No such thing as sold as seen from a trader. It's got to be spares or repairs if it has known problems.

It's probably a wonky BSI under the dash. Euro car parts sell them but an auto electrician would be worth visiting first.
