This seems a good deal ,I wonder if that includes all the parts like bushes ,fuel lines etc .

Everytime I see the rear anti-roll bar it amazes me how it can actually be doing anything effective (top right piccie in the link)
As for good value, I guess if you could find a cheap car (rotten chassis, crap interior etc etc) but with good provenance (whatever that is) for around 4K, were a magician with the spanners, and had £8k to spare then there would be some logic in it. Wrap the idea up with a large portion of man maths and you've got a winner. Maybe. Obviously this would be a long term thing, a keeper, a labour of love (and large expenditure), if it wasn't you'd be throwing money away I reckon...

They have a number of chassis options now. Best to check prices though because the new chassis option on this page is £100 less than on the other one!

I really don't think your car is that bad though to warrent spending £12k on it.
If I was you I'd be looking for a roughish unloved, unrestored car, that someone needs to move quickly, steal it for about £4k, swap all the trick bits off your car over, sell your car now with the standard engine, brakes, etc for about £6k and then put the new car through Central TVR.
Probably an epic amount of faffing about to save a few grand, but you could have a 'new' car for about £10k + your car or there is another dealer that is selling complete cars, either way I think it'd be a pity to loose the mods you've done to your car so would just have a chat with a few specialists about what they can offer at what prices based on what your car actually needs.

all bolts, fuel and brakelines, bushes, hoses etc
carpets best wool kit
new odyssey seats trimmed from Intatrim
new engine, hi spec 4.6 fully balanced
rebuilt diff, starter, alternator etc
all scruffy parts/brackets blasted and painted
between 6.5 and 7k as DIY
