Tag battery replacement

Well looks like my 4 year old Aquaracer needs a new battery as loosing time.
I'd rather not post so any recommendations where to go, I live Bedfordshire but travel with work quite a lot so can visit post codes... cm,hp,lu,nw,ig,rm,wd.
Would also like it polished and thought about Watchdocters in Tring, but open to suggestions thanks
