Re: SFO's Picture Thread With a Difference
Discussion
I thought this was a great idea, but obviously some people didn't follow directions very well. One guy posted twice, another guy posted two pictures of two different cars and a couple made comments on someone else's post.
In order to keep the thread "pure" I propose these people delete their individual posts.
Who knows, maybe this thread can be made sticky in the future for others to enjoy.
Comments?
P.S. Feel free to make any comments about someone else's pictures from that thread here instead.

Well I did tell Zod to delete his inappropriate post so I'm doing my bit.
The topic is a good idea as it gives one a chance to compare different Astons in varied colourways.
I'm very keen on this as it is very much what the forum should be about and not the silly banter that some contributors go in for.

OK, I will, but you'll need to delete your post telling me to do so!The topic is a good idea as it gives one a chance to compare different Astons in varied colourways.

I hate rules, particularly those involving yellow waistcoats, or headlights on whilst the sun is shining, but if we have to obey;
RULE 2. must have an Aston in the picture, ...
Although perhaps ambiguous, I suggest Aston in this instance might mean a car.
Karl-Franz,
Some time ago, we enjoyed the photos of your magnificent blue Vantage.
Oh man, as our new USA reviewer friend keeps saying in his film.
I would much prefer to see a photo of your blue car again, instead of the badge you have posted.
(looking forward to seeing your latest modification)

I read the rules wrong - and posted a picture of other peoples Astons so will now have to do one on my own
It's not difficult Ian ,even I understood the rules !

I have pics of my car but not posted them, judging by some others posted I don't think they are "moody" enough.
I'm thinking of maybe an arial view off Beachy Head or maybe in the Saharan desert,or possibly the Amazon rainforest.

The lines required are....

Always makes me laugh when someone gets upset because the rules weren't followed. This is a fun site with an interest in cars not the united nations. I'm surprised it got to 4 pages without someone going off topic. Pistonheads is not about rigidly following rules, if it was no one would ever drive over the speed limit. Seems the op forgot to post a picture of his car and just showed some tacky badge Aston has never produced...come on now follow the rules me lad!

That's probably what I find most worrying.

I am ashamed to say I went off topic and posted my Noddy car ,it was met with a stony silence. Not wishing to cause division or antagonise the other esteemed contributors to this august forum I deleted said post.
I am seriously thinking of changing my nomentaculare to "avinaseriousmoment " as I feel my flawless reputation might be impugned if I continue to post nonsense.
