Anyone got any contact numbers, nothing on website? I want to spend 700.00 plus but need to ask a couple of questions first? Have emailed them but no reply yet.

I vaguely remember someone else asking the same question a while back?
IIRC it turned out the guy is deaf hence the lack of phone number!

Yes, hearing impairment thus a contact phone number would be useless. Never had a problem getting emails replied.

I have seen that their prices have gotten much higher in recent years so they are not as much of a bargain as they once were, though.

Alistair has always been up front and responsive in the the many years I have delt with him. Drop him another line. I'm sure he'll get back to you.

I had good service/value for money from them a few years ago, but why the mega rise in prices?

I'm a little uncomfortable spending over £2k with them having only emailed my correspondence, however they have always been good at getting back to me when emailed.

I am very happy with Alistair and his staff. If you have technical questions you will get a detailed answer from him. Emails are usually responded within 24 hours, in very rare cases 48 hours. IMHO, Alistair is a trustworthy person.

Bought a couple of Aston parts from them, even some bigger body parts. No problem at all and I am located in Germany. Invoicing, debit information and shipment notification are excellent. Packaging was extremely well and shipment was in a timely manner. Parts are excellent even if they are used. I never had a reason to complain.

Last but not least, Alistair is a living AM encyclopedia, he knows exceptional well which parts are compliant with which model year and has a fantastic knowledge concerning cross-reference parts, e.g. does a memory seat assembly from DBS also work in a Vantage, etc. If you want to ... pimp your ride ... there is no better place to go...

I've only used them once but couldn't fault their service. They were also helpful when I was enquiring about replacing the rear light (which I ended up getting repaired under warranty).
