Valentines Day Gift for me - Advice on driving days??

In my house, me and the wife do valentines day different where we each spend about £250-£300 on gifts that we want rather than any surprise stuff. I normally get the usual electronic gadgets but this year wouldn't mind doing a supercar driving day... Any recommendations of great ones that you have gone to or any other petrolhead experiences??

Not a supercar experience, but I had a great laugh doing rally driving here. Plenty of in car time and something a little different.

Have always wanted to the AMG day - which one have you done? There are a lot of options on their website and some seem really expensive...

I've done the 1 hour AMG experience. Twice. First instructor was excellent. The second crap. Was very enjoyable.
