Typed in my reg number to get a tyre quote but the ad didn't recognise my car. My Suzuki Swift must be too exotic to reboot.

Hi Rolex. Thanks for the feedback.
The VRM look up is provided by Experian - I have literally just finished answering a similar issue on the main tyre thread in GG. Given we have some 10k visitors per day who use the lookup I am inclined to think that Experian have just dropped the ball for a day or two as we very rarely get problems with this feed until just now when three people have all commented about it at once. I have fed back to them and await their reply...
Could you let me know your reg and I'll pass it on to them also.
Thanks again for the feedback - good to have users tell us when that thing is going wrong as it is pretty tough for us to monitor it otherwise.

Just popped my reg no. into the site and not one of the five tyre size options is the standard fit..
