Porsche 964 RS Paint Code

Hello Everyone,

I've just got a 1992 RS NGT and on the data card it says the exterior paint code is 5858

I've been on many sites to check the car is the original colour and hasn't had a colour change but I can't find this code anywhere.

Can anyone tell me if this is a special order colour? and if they can direct me a site which will show me what code 5858 should look like.

Thanks, it looks like maritime blue but this colour code is different, thats why i'm confused

Yes but for a 964 rs the colour code is different for Polar silver

Just a quick update, I've been in contact with Martin from the 964 database he's been very helpful and told me it is a special order colour Tahoe blue and to his knowledge it is the only RS in that colour.

Tahoe is nice. Ive seen it on a few 968's.
