Can't login into classifieds

I've emailed twice to try and sort out my classifieds account but no reply after days and days.

I've read the FAQ which hasn't helped.

I can't login to my account or reset the password.

Can anybody help?

Hmmmmm, well as I reckon it's been over a week since I emailed I might just give up.

That's a shame as I used to quite like browsing the classifieds.
