There are no Panerai dealers in Guernsey or Jersey as far as I'm aware, I go to the UK to buy mine.

The Rolex you may have more luck with, Mappin & Webb have stores on both islands (I think - Guernsey certainly has one).

oops, was looking for you earlier. Just placed an order for a 177200 myself, though I hear the price I got it (correction, "will be getting it") for is pretty much unbeatable....

With regards to Jersey/Guernsey, I think Hettich are the only AD in Jersey, and Mappin and webb in Guernsey. Guernsey being a little better price wise due to no 5% tax like Jersey has (though it is claimable back at the airport.

A bit late to this but, if I can be of use, send me a message. I bought a few bits and pieces over here from ADs in the time I lived here and the going rate was (from memory):

- ~20% off list on my DateJust
- slight discount on a Sub
- ~23% off a couple of gold (lady) Omegas and
- ~20% off a steel (lady) Cartier

Jersey has 5% GST which, as a visitor, can be reclaimed (but not sure if there is admin charge / leakage / reporting of this). This is reclaimed at the airport on the way out and, if not reclaimed the effective saving is 16% over UK prices. Guernsey has no GST so could be cheaper.

Having said all of this, I'm pretty sure Dominic H can do a knockout deal without a lot of the hassle / aggro.
