Miserable as I've been clean since 1988! I did do a driver awareness course a few years back but can't remember if it is within the 3 year limit. So it's likely £100 and 3 - 6 points, but any thoughts on the effect of the insuance premium on a modified 200 bhp plus 7???

I obviously thought it was a 40 limit, so didn't learn that bit from the course!

Doubt they'll be bothered about them to be honest.

In my experience, most insurance companies aren't bothered if you have three points on your license so stop worrying.

or 6, and they hardly care about 9

The reason = speeding doesn't really increase their liklihood of having to pay a claim

As about one third of motorists will have a speeding conviction on their licence at some time insurance companies tend to treat them with the contempt they derseve sorry ignore them so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

My last speeding conviction was 6 years or so ago,for some reason that 5 years, the time it takes to not need to disclose the incident as far as renewing insurance goes, went unbelievably quickly, couldn't believe the time had gone when I checked, anyway, the premium only went up by £5 so I shouldn't worry too much.
