Damp surveyor needed urgently

Does anyone know a decent, independent surveyor locally that specialises in damp?

Please let me know the details, otherwise I can see me spending ££££ on useless treatments.

Have heard that Biocraft on Reading are good. Only had him out for quotes on flood prevention work but a friend used him for damp work and was impressed.
