What is the real price of a 700D?

OK, I have been thinking about chopping in my EOS 40D and swapping it for a 700D for a while, but every time I am about to go shopping, I am confused by the prices.
Places like SLR Hut will sell this camera for well under £400. But is it some dodgy grey import?

Legit places like Jessops sell it for £470 (body only).

Then you've got various combinations of lenses and accessories. I don't really need any lenses, but some of these pack prices might be good enough to buy then immediately re-sell the lens, making the purchase overall cheaper.
What should I be paying and where should I buy it from? Any ideas?

DigitalRev do it for £400 with an 18-135 lens. I'd be tempted to buy that and sell the lens (or one of your older lens).
I'd wait a bit myself as the 750D is coming out very soon and there should be plenty of good second-hand ones around.

Yes it's a grey import but comes with a separate free 3 year warranty.
I've bought from them before and so has a friend with no issues. They get stock into their UK office and is sent out from there, in other words the advertised price is what you pay unlike with some other grey imports (I just got stung from Digitalrev).
