901 suspension issue.

All, need your advice please; Is there such a fault along the following lines because I think my 991 has it;
1. car went in to OPC and had sports suspension switch replaced bcse it wasn't working.
2. car returned to me, but even with Sports suspension switched off in the "natural" ride, the ride quality is now more firm than it was before it went it for the switch to be replaced.
3. OPC have run diagnostics and say it's ok, but I can tell you that after owning it for 2 years, it really is more firm in the "natural" ride mode.
Has anyone got any experience of this, or know anyone who can she light on this for me please?
