Crucifix/cruciform seals

After reading Matt's post on the rear crank seal and have a good idea that mine needs done I started to look up the crucifix seal as I'd never heard of it.

The one I expected to be right, TVR parts, looks different.
Which are the type I need for my 1993 430 and where is the best place to get good ones ?

Be aware, there are poor examples around that shrink and leak.

I had to renew mine after a few months for that reason.

I sourced mine from Turner e
Engineering who know of that problem and use only top parts.

I`ve just put some in a rebuild i`m doing. Got them from John Eales and they are as the ones from TVR Parts. John told me the original style, ie the fuller type cross as in the ones from V8Tuner are no longer available.

Had a search of Turner Engineering but couldn't find them Peter, is it something I'd need to phone and ask ?
Same goes for J E Developments Carsy ?
Or are the ones from TVR Parts good to use ?

Victor Reinz an OE supplier try V8 Tuner .com I purchased mine as a bottom end gasket set.

I know this is off topic, but look at this in the description for stage 2 heads:

I thought only exhaust ports were supposed to be polished? And inlets to remain textured/rough to aid in fuel/air atomisation?

I think you will find he is just generalizing with that description TBH
