I have a very neat and tidy hole in the off side headlight glass of my 1992 car.

Is my best option to replace the complete unit or is there an option just to replace the glass?

You can take the glass unit out of the surrounds and replace it. I had similar and put Cibe reflectors in. A straight swap.

think I will stay with the Cibie units as that's what the current units are..
