dash replacement

At the recent meet at Beaulieu over the Xmas/New year break I saw a couple of cerbs with the brushed metal dash backs instead of the wood and thought how much better they looked given the rest of the interior and the brushed metal handbrake and gear knob that I already have.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to obtaining one of these and also any difficulties I can expect when doing the transplant.
