Barbour jacket, knee-high Wellies and a Setter??

I much prefer the Gordon to the Red, meself.

Dave

EDIT

Who cares what people on here think, if you can afford itand use even half the vehicles features, buy it.

Listening to some folks you would think that if it:

Has less than 250 hp
Seats more than 2
Costs less than the equivalent earnings of 10 Third-Worlders to insure,

it isn't a real car.

Go figure.

Best,
Dave

I REALLY do like Gordon Setters.

Correct dogs for posers in the muddy Land Rover/Discovery theme are springer spaniels (I don't approve, but I do notice. Lots of them round here)

I hope you intend to use it for what it was built for (and that it will be a real land rover i.e a series, ninety, one ten or defender).

The Defender is the choice - and we both have the wellies already! We are serious about getting one and yes, it will get muddy!

You an me both chap!

Evo is one big pile of steaming tosh IMO. LRO is ok, but the earlier ones were beter, which have since evolved into countless number of other LR mags that i have now lost track of as i haven't bought one ina few years... I ended up giving some 6years worth to my sisters bloke who just bought a S3. At christmas he starts chatting about it, i start to get overly interested and "uh-oh" Phil's off dreaming about getting one again!
