Cayman power delivery
Discussion
Hi all
Relatively new to porsche ownership and just wanted to check something with you guys - what should I expect interns of power delivery through the rev range.
When I first got the car (used cayman s - gen 1) there seemed to be a noticeable step change in power delivery at circa 5k revs. However, it's recently been into porsche for some warranty work to replace the air/oil seperator and since its been back the power delivery has been a lot smoother - still a change through the Rev range but not as noticeable in terms of a 'step'
What's normal? I'm not aware of the car having had a map change previously that may have been reset while in the garage and it doesn't feel down on power - just a smoother delivery
