Pagani Huayra photoshoot
Discussion
Sticking to the forum rules and not going to mention where this is, but its for sale in a well known showroom near Wimbledon. I shot a couple of the other cars there too, so there will probably be a follow up post for those once I've gone through the pics.
I know some people don't like the wide-mouth front end, and prefer the wedgey Zonda but in the flesh this is a stunner with some incredible design details.
Some of the pics are below. Apologies in advance if you don't like the style of the shots. The car is in a showroom so no Alpine driving shots to be seen here!

Play those pipes by pluckphotography, on FlickrI love how the car could be for sale anywhere, however if I were Mr H R Owen I think I would of put a different personal registration on it
Lovely photos, it is one of those cars where the more I see one the more I'm thinking maybe. Would still go Zonda first though but would be nice to have a matching pair.

To clarify, I love the shots themselves, they look great, it's just the nose lift!
I agree. Its not looking its best. I was up against the clock and didn't notice the lifting gear was raised until I was almost done. There is a certain amount of photoshoppage involved here, but probably not as much as you think. I took the decision to not drop the car in post. Its possible to do a seamless job of that when shot side on, but at an angle it would never look quite right. So here it is, a Huayra displaying its ability to hoik its front end up.

Like the detal shots, great work. For the wides i would tidy up/move the highlights but crucially use a longer lens. Much too wide.
You've got no way of telling, based on the pics, but the car is close to the showroom wall and is parked between two other cars. So I had to go wide on the lens on the full length shots to deal with the restricted space. Not ideal, I know. Gassing Station | Supercar General | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
