Inserting Pictures in Publisher?

I feel so stupid!
I'm putting together a flyer in MS Publisher, trying to put my logo at the top by inserting picturte from file, seems to go Ok but I cannot see the picture? Frame is there but no picture even in Print Preview.
The clip art pictures are showing up fine, what am I doing wrong, I'm sure I've done this simple thing many times before?
