My 981 needs its first service, and a couple of minor issues sorting. I'm very precious about cars, and know a couple of things about them too - I'm going to be quite demanding smile

I've had OK experiences with East London over the years, but my last service there was 2011, and a lot might have changed since then...

So: East London, Hatfield, Chiswick or Reading?

I'm drawn towards Reading for some reason...

Hi

Just asked this question myself last week, got plenty of good replies!

Get it in to Reading; we can discuss the car and any concerns you have with it before the service. Having a dialogue with owner makes much more sense than a blind booking and possible misinterpretation through departments and worth the additional effort if you can spare the time. If your booking requires a loan car you can collect it at the same time.

Top lurking by the way :-)
