Best components to make a Bike from?

If you were making a tourer bike, a racing bike, an a offroad bike, what component companys make the best parts to source from.

i came up with...
quaife for drivetrains
brembo for brakes

but became stuck after that, so what say you for any additions or your choices?

Do quaife make bike 'boxes? I know they do the Radical ones, but wasn't sure about road or race bikes?

Ohlins for suspension although WP and other are close, OZ for wheels and.............suzuki for engines!
