In IE right click the link and select Save Target As

In Firefox right click and select Save Link As

You shoudl be able to use that second link above to download that particular track.

I don't think all of the are available as download though. However, a "quirk" of Firefox (browser) means that the PLS file comes up as text so you can copy and paste the address (starts with http://).

Otherwise, if you right click the playlist links and save them to disk, open them with a text editor and you can see the same information.
