What did we see next to HMS Belfast?

September/October last year, mini-wijit and I were in the Shard and saw a smaller boat (ship?) moored next to HMS Belfast, we've not been able to find anything out about it in the time since. Do any of you chaps have any knowledge of this?

There was a cruise ship moored up around that time but it looks larger than the Belfast.
