Long reach, low entry and high lift.

Everything you'd need in a jack. I've never used this brand before, but their prices are very keen

I've had a Sealey equivalent to this for about 15 years or so, maybe more although the Sealey is rated to 1.3T, it's never failed to lift anything I've needed.

Always use axle stands when doing stuff under the car though.

I've got the Costco arcan 3 ton low entry jack. I still need to use a piece of wood on the pad as the arm still catches the side skirts on mine. A great buy though if a little bulky for what I really need.

Thanks for all the replys.
Off to machinemart in a minute to see what they've got. If not there off to Halfords.
Looked at sgs engineering they have some nice jacks but they are in Derby which is a bit of a drive just for a jack.

Having struggled with a really low entry high lift jack which weighs in excess of 45kg I went and got one of those electric scizzer jacks. Bloody brilliant and so easy to use!
Line it up in the jack strip, press the remote and up it goes, granted I use axle stand to be safe but you should do that with all jacks although alot don't with HD trolley jacks.
