topic titles won't let me type enough..

any good recommendations for 1-day, or maybe 1-night stopover breaks?

thinking of getting some really cheap flights to places in europe (thompsonfly.com ~£5 each way)...

which cities are the best to go to?

Prague is just fantastic. Can't see it all in a day, but what you do get to see is just stunning.

Nope, Prague can work for any age group, great city though and cheap flights!

How about Dublin or Copenhagen?

Dublins good for a stopover, pick your time right and Ryanair do it for 99p each way, only an hours flight too.

did amsterdam.. work took the whole company there for a weekend of top slap-up meals and vast quantities of champagne!! oh, and the red-light district obviously
those who participated there however, had to pay for that bit themselves

Lisbon

Very friendly - plenty of culture and cheap for a European capital.
