Dilema

My V8V 06 has now done 50k. The suspension is very harsh but showing no signs of weeping, but jarr's over most bumps. As far as I can see I have various options, a) BR route electronic damper system, b) buy a second hand low mileage set, c) Velocity AP have set of progressive rate sport lowering springs and dampers.
Financially a) is out of question at moment but has anyone changed dampers and noticed a vast difference?

IIRC you cna have the dampers overhauled
Progressive springs wont help with a harsh rebound
Some of the issue may well be worn bushes rather than dampers
